Welcome to the Cacique Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by interCaribbean Airways (“interCaribbean”). This Program is designed to reward its loyal members. Through the Program members are able to earn Cacique points (“Points”) and redeem it for the flights. By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). interCaribbean reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2.1 Eligibility
Membership is open exclusively to individuals (natural persons). interCaribbean reserves the right to refuse membership requests without providing a reason.
2.2 Registration
Enrollment in the Program is completed through online registration on the interCaribbean website. To enroll, applicants must fill out the online form, providing their full name (exactly as it appears on your passport), date of birth, a valid and individual email address, and other required information. Each member may have only one account registered with a unique email address. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated at interCaribbean’ discretion. All information including your passport details and other personal information will be securely stored in your account. This enables faster and easier bookings, as your details will be pre-filled for all future reservations.
2.3 Account Information
Members are responsible for providing accurate personal information and keeping their account details up to date. interCaribbean is not responsible for misinformation or denial of boarding due issues arising from outdated or incorrect traveler details from your Cacique Account. While interCaribbean may issue monthly electronic communication for Cacique Rewards accounts, each member is responsible for staying informed about their account details, including, but not limited to, accumulated Points, redeemed Points, and the terms of the Program. Account information, such as Point balance and transaction history, can be accessed by signing into the Cacique Rewards account via interCaribbean.com.
2.4 Information usage
By enrolling in the Program, members expressly authorize interCaribbean to use their stored contact information for providing account balance and occasional marketing communications and offers.
3.1 General
Points can be earned in the program starting from the moment membership begins. Points can only be credited for services utilized by the member, regardless of who makes the payment for those flights. Points are non-transferable and cannot be purchased with cash or other forms of payment. Members can view their current Points balance when they are logged in to their member account.
3.2 Flight Purchases
For each segment of a fully paid scheduled flight actually flown that is operated by interCaribbean Airways, the member’s account will be credited with Points, subject to applicable terms and conditions. A key requirement is that your Cacique Rewards number is included in the booking before travel and the name on the booking must exactly match the name registered in the member’s Cacique Rewards account. If the member forgets to add their account number during booking, they can still add it before the flight by selecting “Manage My Booking” at interCaribbean.com and manually enter their account number.
3.3 Retroactive Credit
If, for any reason, Points have not been credited to an existing member’s account before the flight, the member may request retroactive credit within 90 days (3 months) of the completed flight. To request retroactive credit, send email to CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com with booking record locator (PNR number or booking number) and your Cacique Rewards account number. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that Points are correctly credited to their Cacique Rewards account. If you believe Points have been earned but were not properly credited, you may be required to provide documentation or proof, such as boarding passes or receipts, to support your claim. interCaribbean reserves the right to determine the validity of the submitted documentation. Retroactive claims may take up to 60 (sixty) days to be posted.
3.4 Transferability of Points
Neither Points nor member accounts in the Cacique Rewards Program can be transferred to third parties. Trading in Points is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized claiming of Points is not allowed. Any exceptions to these rules will be explicitly communicated through official Cacique Rewards channels.
3.5 Exclusions
Points will not be credited for flights booked in certain fare classes (O, G, P), for services purchased using redeemed Points, or for free flights. Points will also not be credited for canceled flights, no-show situations, or flights booked under another person’s name.
3.6 Flight Delay Bonus
In the case of a departure delay, that is caused by a Controllable Irregularity, members will receive the following:

4.1 General
Cacique Points can only be used for the purposes explicitly stated in these terms and conditions and may be redeemed for flights operated by interCaribbean. Cacique Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash.
4.2 Redemption Options
Cacique Points can be redeemed for reward flights on scheduled flights operated by interCaribbean. The number of Cacique Points required depends on the route and availability. Reward tickets are subject to seat availability, which may vary depending on the flight, travel date, season, destination, demand, and other factors. Seats for reward tickets may not be available on all flights or all days.
4.3 Redemption Process
Reservations for reward tickets must be made directly with interCaribbean by contacting CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com with the flight details and the member’s Cacique Rewards account number. Redemption requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the desired flight date. Upon confirmation of a Cacique Rewards flight booking, the required Cacique Points will be deducted from the member’s account. Cacique Reward tickets may not include advance seat assignments, checked baggage or additional checked baggage, or other services unless explicitly stated.
4.4 Taxes and Fees
While points cover the base fare, members are responsible for paying applicable taxes and fees.
4.5 Exclusions
If a member cancels a Cacique reward flight, points will be re-deposited into the original member’s account, provided the cancellation is communicated to interCaribbean before the scheduled flight.
Cacique Rewards Points do not expire, allowing members to accumulate points over time without concern for expiration.
Membership in the Program is subject to certain conditions to ensure fair use and proper account management.
interCaribbean reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including point accrual and redemption methods, at any time without prior notice. Cacique Members will be notified of significant changes via email or at interCaribbean website.
interCaribbean is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from changes to or termination of the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The personal data of Cacique members provided during enrollment and throughout their participation in the Program will be processed by interCaribbean Airways for the administration and operation of the Program. This includes tasks such as managing Cacique member accounts, processing Cacique points accrual and redemption, and ensuring the proper functioning of the Program. Personal data may also be used for the development and improvement of the Program and its services. This includes the creation of targeted marketing campaigns to inform members about Program updates, special offers, and promotions related to interCaribbean. interCaribbean is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Cacique members’ personal data. Members have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
