With our new online booking feature, you can redeem your points to book flights for your family and friends, as long as they are traveling with you on the same booking.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Check your points: Review the Cacique Rewards chart to see how many points your journey requires.
2. Log In: Go to your Cacique account with your member number or email. Saved details auto-fill for faster booking.
3. Book your flight: Enter your trip details, tick “Pay with Cacique Points”, and select your flight. Taxes and fees due will appear before you continue.
4. Add extra bag: Review your payment summary and add an additional bag if needed. Every rewards flight includes one free checked bag. See baggage rules here.
5. Pay for taxes: Add missing passenger details, select your payment method, and agree to the terms and conditions. Click “Next” to continue securely.
6. Get your ticket: Once payment is complete, your ticket is issued automatically. Points are deducted from your account and you’re ready to fly.
