A: The Cacique Rewards Program is our frequent flyer program where you can earn points on interCaribbean flights and redeem them for future travels.
A: "Cacique Rewards" honors the historical leaders of the Caribbean Islands, known as Caciques. These chiefs, both men and women, guided their communities, with the title passed through families. Inspired by their leadership, we dedicate this program to the spirit of the Caribbean.
A: You can join the program by registering online at Cacique Rewards Registration. Once signed up, you will receive an emailed confirmation, confirming your Cacique Rewards member number and password.
A: Yes! Family members (including minors) can register for the program using a unique email address at Cacique Rewards.
A: No, the participation on Cacique rewards program is free.
A: Yes, you can update certain details in your Cacique Rewards account through “My Profile” section. However, please note that your name, date of birth and email address cannot be changed once your account is created. If you would like to update your name or date of birth, please contact us at CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com
A: You can email us at CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com Monday to Friday with questions about your account, earning points, or redeeming rewards. This email box provides responses to all Cacique Rewards inquiries.
A: You earn points every time you book and fly on an eligible interCaribbean Airways operated flight. Here are a few ways to ensure points are added to your account: 1. During Booking: Start on our homepage, and at Step 4 before payment, log in to your Cacique Rewards account to add your number and earn points automatically. 2. After Booking (Before the Flight): Visit the "Manage My Booking" section on our website and add your Cacique Rewards number to your booking. Please note that this option is only available before your flight. 3. At the Airport: Visit our agent at the check-in desk, and they will assist you with adding your Cacique Rewards number to your booking.
A: The number of points you earn per flight depends on the distance you are flying and the fare class you booked. For more detailed information, please visit the “Earn cacique points” section on our website.
A: Unfortunately, points can only be earned for flights taken after you joined the program.
A: No, points can only be earned for flights taken by the Cacique Rewards account holder. To earn points, the flight must be booked in your name and linked to your Cacique Rewards account.
A: No, points can only be earned for the flights taken by the Cacique Rewards account holder. Family members should have their own Cacique Rewards accounts to earn points for their flights.
A: Contact us under CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com with your flight details, including the booking reference, travel dates and your Cacique number, and we will investigate. Please note that points can only be added for flights taken within 90 days after departure.
A: If you are having trouble adding points to your account, please check the following: 1. Booking Name: Points can only be added if the flight is booked under your name. 2. Name Match: Ensure that the name in your booking matches the name in your Cacique Rewards account, especially if you have a middle name. If there is a mismatch, please contact us. 3. Timing: You can add your Cacique Number to the booking only before your flight. If you are unable to do so, please contact us within 90 days of your flight, and we will assist you in adding the points to your account.
A: No, your Cacique points do not expire, and you can continue to accumulate them until you have enough for your dream trip!
A: You can check your balance by logging into your Cacique Rewards account. Each month we send a monthly statement which includes information about your points balance.
A: If you cancel a flight, you will not receive points for that booking. Points are only awarded for completed flights.
A: Yes, if your flight is delayed, you may be eligible to earn additional points as compensation, depending on the duration of the delay and our policy: 1. Flight delay between 3 hours and 4 hours, after schedule departure time, you are entitled to a Fifty percent (50%) Cacique credit for affected route 2. Flight delay between 5 hours and 6 hours, after schedule departure time, you are entitled to One Hundred percent (100%) Cacique credit, for the affected route 3. Flight delay for more than 6 hours, after schedule departure time, you are entitled to Two Hundred percent (200%) Cacique credit, for the affected route 4. If the flight reschedule or delay was communicated at least 24 hours in advance by our customer service team (email, call or SMS), no additional Cacique points will be granted in this case. Rewards members must write to CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com (Credit amount is based on Cacique Points member would earn for affected flight).
A: You can redeem your points for interCaribbean flights by contacting us at CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com. Please note that processing your request takes some time, so we kindly ask that you contact us at least 7 days in advance of your desired flight.
A: The number of points required depends on the route and the distance of your flight. You can contact us at CaciqueRewards@interCaribbean.com, and we will be happy to provide the exact number of points needed for your trip. Here are a few examples to give you an idea: 1. Lucia (SLU) to Barbados (BGI): 1,250 points 2. Kingston (KIN) to Providenciales (PLS): 5,000 points 3. Santo Domingo (SDQ) to Tortola (EIS): 4,000 points
A: Yes, applicable government taxes and fees must be paid when using points for your ticket. Taxes and fees should be paid before the flight. There are two ways to make payment: 1. Directly at the airport of your departure 2. Payment can be made by calling our agents, contact information you may find here
A: No, points can only be earned and redeemed for bookings made under your name. Points are non-transferable and linked exclusively to the account holder.
A: No, points and cash cannot be combined to book a flight. Flights must be redeemed entirely with points or paid fully with cash.
A: No, points can only be redeemed for flights and cannot be used for additional services like extra baggage.
A: If you cancel a redeemed flight, please contact us with your booking number. Cacique points will be re-deposited into your account if the cancellation is communicated to Cacique Rewards Team before the scheduled flight.
A: You can log in using your Cacique Rewards number or your registered email at Cacique Rewards Login.
A: If you forget your Cacique number, you can log in to your account using your registered email address. Once logged in, your Cacique number will be displayed in the top left corner of your account dashboard.
A: Click "I Forgot My Password" on the sign-in page to receive a password reset link via email.
