A: Yes, if your flight is delayed, you may be eligible to earn additional points as compensation, depending on the duration of the delay and our policy:
1. Flight delay between 3 hours and 4 hours, after schedule departure time, you are entitled to a Fifty percent (50%) Cacique credit for affected route
2. Flight delay between 5 hours and 6 hours, after schedule departure time, you are entitled to One Hundred percent (100%) Cacique credit, for the affected route
3. Flight delay for more than 6 hours, after schedule departure time, you are entitled to Two Hundred percent (200%) Cacique credit, for the affected route
4. If the flight reschedule or delay was communicated at least 24 hours in advance by our customer service team (email, call or SMS), no additional Cacique points will be granted in this case.
