It is important to keep your contact information up to date before you fly.

In the Passenger Details section, you can:

• Add or update your email address
• Add or update your phone number
• Add or update your address

If you need to change other details not listed here, please contact our Customer Service team for help.

Need to travel on a different day? You can change your flight date online - it is simple and quick. Just go to the Change Your Flight section to get started.

Fees may apply:

• 20 USD for domestic flights
• 50 USD for international flights

Please note: the number of changes you can make depends on your fare type and seat availability.

How to change your flight:

1. Select the flight you want to change and click Change
2. Choose your new departure date and click Next
3. Select your preferred flight and fare, then click Next again
4. On the Payment Information page, check if you have any balance to pay
5. If needed, pay the outstanding amount - or go ahead and confirm your new flight

Important: If you would like to cancel your flight, please contact our Customer Service team directly.

Need more baggage for your trip? You can add one extra checked bag in the Book Extras section.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Your first checked bag is free
• You can prepay for one additional bag online at Book Extras section
• Extra bags are subject to flight capacity and availability
• Overweight or additional excess baggage must be handled at the airport during check-in

How to add a bag:

1. Go to the Book Extras section
2. Click the + icon next to Excess Baggage and then click Add
3. To remove it, click Remove
4. Click Next to go to the payment page and complete your purchase

Need another copy of your ticket? You can easily resend it to yourself or someone else.

Just enter the email address under the Get Your Ticket tab, and we will send it right away.
