From My Booking, you can check in online for your flight and add your Cacique Rewards number to your booking.
Check In Online
- Online check-in opens 36 hours before scheduled departure
- For flights departing from San Juan (SJU), online check-in opens 24 hours before scheduled departure
- When online check-in is available, open your booking and click the Check In button next to the passenger name to begin
Add Your Cacique Rewards Number
To add your Cacique Rewards number, open your booking and click the Add Cacique Number button. Enter your membership number and save the update to ensure eligible points are credited to your Cacique Rewards account.

Need to travel on a different day? You can change your flight date online before departure through the Change Flight section.
Fees may apply
- 20 USD for domestic flights
- 50 USD for international flights

How to Change Your Flight
- Select the flight you want to change and click Change
- Choose your new departure date and click Next
- Select your preferred flight and fare, then click Next again
- On the Payment Information page, check if you have any balance to pay
- If needed, pay the outstanding amount – or go ahead and confirm your new flight
Important: If you would like to cancel your flight, please contact our Customer Service team directly.
Need to add something to your trip? In the Book Extras section, you can purchase available extras for your booking, including:
- Additional checked baggage
- Sporting equipment
- Pet-in-cabin service
Before You Add an Extra
Your first checked bag is included with your fare.
You can prepay for available extras online through Book Extras. All extras are subject to availability, flight capacity, aircraft limitations, and applicable conditions.
Overweight baggage and any additional baggage not available for prepayment online must be arranged and paid for at the airport during check-in.

How to Add an Extra
- Go to Book Extras
- Find the service you want to add
- Click the + icon next to the selected extra, then click Add
- To remove an item before payment, click Remove
- Click Next to continue to the payment page and complete your purchase.
It is important to keep your contact information up to date before you fly.
In the Passenger Details section, you can:
- Add or update your email address
- Add or update your phone number
- Add or update your address
