What Are Cacique Points

Cacique Points are the loyalty currency of interCaribbean Airways. Members earn points on eligible interCaribbean flights and can use them toward future flight rewards.

You can check your Cacique Points balance anytime by logging into your Cacique Rewards account.

When Points Are Added

You earn points on eligible interCaribbean Airways flights with JY flight numbers when your Cacique Rewards number is added before travel begins.

Here are three ways to make sure your Cacique number is added to your account:

1.  During Booking: Start on our homepage, and at Step 4 before payment, log in to your Cacique Rewards account to add your number and earn points automatically.
2.  After Booking: Visit the “Manage My Booking” section on our website and add your Cacique Rewards number to your booking.
3.  At the Airport: Visit our agent at the check-in desk, and they will assist you with adding your Cacique Rewards number to your booking.

If any points are missing from your account, you can request them using our online form “Cacique Points Request.” Points can be requested only if your Cacique membership was active before the flight, and the request must be submitted within 90 days of the departure date.
