While we seek to operate a schedule on time across our network, delays can and do happen. A delay in one country or city can have a rolling effect that causes onward flight delays or cancellations. Throughout the Caribbean we face weather extremes such as Hurricanes, other rain events can shut down an airport inhibiting travel and create onward havoc for travelers. It is our goal to minimize any impacts.
