Many of the airports we operate to are single terminal airports. Some terminals are larger than others necessitating the need to identify the check in location. In places where check in desks are not permanent (common use), we ask you to look for identifying signs in the terminal or be guided by the information below. As some airports are under construction these facilities are susceptible to change.
Providenciales (PLS)
Providenciales International Airport – Main Terminal – For domestic and international flights look for the domestic counter area, with interCaribbean signs
Grand Turk (GDT)
Main Terminal Grand Turk JAGS McCartney International Airport – interCaribbean Check in Desks
South Caicos (XSC)
Main Terminal South Caicos Airport – interCaribbean Check in Desks
Salt Cay (SLX)
Limited facility at Salt Cay Airport – interCaribbean Check in
Antigua (ANU)
V. C. Bird International Airport – Main Terminal – Check counters. Common use check-in. Look for logo above check-in counters in the Departure Terminal.
Nassau (NAS)
Lynden Pindling International Airport – Main Terminal – Check in on counters 1 and 2, located near to Wendy’s restaurant in the Terminal.
Grantley Adams International Airport – Main Terminal – Check in and departure regional airport gates.
Tortola (EIS)
Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport – Main Terminal – Check counters. Common use check in. Look for logo above check in counters in the Departure Terminal.
Douglas-Charles Airport – Main Terminal, see interCaribbean signage
Santo Domingo (SDQ)
Las Americas International Airport – Main Terminal – Check in between the counters #43 and 44 directly across from interCaribbean Airways office located on the 2nd floor.
Santiago (STI)
Cibao International Airport – Main Terminal – Check in on counters # 7 and 8 located between jetBlue and United near to information desk.
Puerto Plata (POP)
Gregorio Luperón International Airport – Main Terminal – Common use check in desks, look for back wall signs
Maurice Bishop International Airport – Main Terminal Check in
Cheddi Jagan International Airport – Main Terminal
Port au Prince (PAP)
Toussaint Louverture International Airport – Main Terminal – Common Use of check in area, look for signage identifying interCaribbean
Cap Haitien (CAP)
Cap-Haïtien International Airport – Main Terminal – interCaribbean check-in desks
Kingston (KIN)
Norman Manley International Airport – Main Terminal – Common use check in desks, see overhead signs, (between counters 45-60)
Montego Bay (MBJ)
Sangster International Airport – Main Terminal – Domestic Check in Counters, past common use international counters, counters 105 and 106. Enter the International Departure Terminal, keep to your left and head to the end of the building – Domestic Terminal Area – the last 2 counters on the left.
San Juan (SJU)
Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport – Terminal B is the second terminal on drive approach. (Look for overhead signs with interCaribbean name). Desks are just to the right of Cape Air. Terminal B is a long terminal, so when entering observe direction of check in desks to the right side of the central security check point. Look for almost furthest right.
Princess Juliana International Airport – Main Terminal – Please allow some additional time to process through security as the limits of the facility can only contain so many persons at any given time. Some days may be busier than others. Your cooperation in this will help make travel smooth for all.
