Booking Requirements
– This offer is valid only for bookings made online at interCaribbean.com.
– Enter promo code CONNECTED25 in the E-VOUCHER box at the time of booking.
– The offer is valid for bookings made between 10:00 AM (ET) on September 18, 2026, and 11:59 PM (ET) on September 22, 2026.
– Travel must take place between September 18 and November 05, 2026, and all travel must be completed by 11:59 PM (ET) on November 05, 2026.
– Promo code CONNECTED25 must be entered at the time of booking. It cannot be applied retroactively or to existing bookings.
Offer Rules and Restrictions
– Promotion is valid on eligible interCaribbean Airways flights across the network, subject to fare and seat availability.
– Taxes, fees, and surcharges are not included in the discount and must be paid in full.
– Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Excluded bookings include group bookings, codeshare flights, charter services, reward flights booked with points, and any other rebate flights.
– All bookings are subject to the fare rules of the selected ticket. Changes or cancellations may incur fees and fare differences. If a booking is changed after the promotional period, the discount will not carry over to the new fare.
– Refunds or cancellations follow interCaribbean Airways published fare rules and fees outlined in the fare policy.
Cacique Rewards eSIM Bonus Points
– Customers who are not yet Cacique Rewards members must join Cacique Rewards before making their eligible Flydays booking to qualify for the bonus points.
– Eligible members can earn 500 bonus Cacique Points when purchasing an eSIM by interCaribbean in connection with an eligible Flydays booking made during the promotional period.
– To qualify for the 500 bonus Cacique Points:
- You must be a Cacique Rewards member before making the purchase.
- You must have both an eligible Flydays flight booking and an eSIM by interCaribbean purchased during the promotional period.
- An eSIM purchase on its own, without an eligible Flydays booking, will not qualify for the bonus points.
- Cacique Rewards number must be added to your eligible Flydays flight booking before the promotional period ends.
- The eSIM by interCaribbean must be purchased during the promotional period.
– Bonus points will be credited after the eligible flight has been completed. Please allow up to 3 weeks after travel for the bonus points to appear in your Cacique Rewards account.
– If the booking is canceled or the eligible flight is not taken, the promotional Cacique Rewards bonus points will not be awarded.

Join Cacique Rewards before booking your Flydays flight, then make an eligible booking during the promotional period.
To qualify for the 500 bonus Cacique Points:

Are there any exclusions?
Yes, this offer does not apply to:
- Group bookings
- Codeshare flights
- Charter services
- Rewards flights booked with points

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
All tickets follow the fare rules of the selected fare class. Changes may be possible with a fee, based on availability. If customer service assists with the change, the original offer may no longer apply. If you decided to cancel the booking, standard fare rules and cancellation fees apply as outlined in our published policy.
