Base Maintenance Manager – CAMO

Location: Providenciales, Turks & Caicos

The Base Maintenance Manager will ensure that continued airworthiness based on regulatory and manufacturer requirements of aircraft, engines, propellers and components are met in relation to the approval of the Maintenance Program; Maintenance data for modification of the Type Certificate; and documentation related to continued airworthiness such as airworthiness directives, service bulletins, etc. This role will be critical in ensuring the continued airworthiness of our fleet, supporting our operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
 A Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field.
 A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the aviation industry, with at least three (3) years’ in a similar airworthiness management role.
 In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements with endorsement ATR 42-500 or 72-212A series.
 Experience with aircraft maintenance programs, including planning, execution, and compliance.
 Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in maintenance management software.
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Experience with a range of aircraft types and fleets inclusive of ATR 42-500 or 72-212A series.
 Knowledge of quality management systems.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
