The Flight Crew Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of flight crew training, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and upholding the company commitment to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our flight crews are highly trained, well-prepared, and ready to deliver exceptional
service.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Aviation, Management, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in flight crew training, with at least three (3) years in a managerial or leadership role.
Competency Diploma/Certificate as a Certified Trainer.
Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and flight training requirements.
Experience in developing and managing training programs and curriculum.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in using flight training management systems and simulators.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a commercial airline environment.
Knowledge of safety management systems (SMS).
Familiarity with current aviation technologies and innovations.
