Flight Data Monitoring Supervisor

Location: Providenciales, Turks & Caicos

The Flight Data Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of flight data to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all flights. This role involves leading a team of flight data analysts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting operational safety initiatives through detailed data-driven insights.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
 A Bachelor’s degree in aviation, aerospace engineering, data analysis, or a related field.
 Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in flight data monitoring, flight operations, aviation safety, or a related field.
 Certification or specialized training in flight data analysis, safety management systems, or flight operations.
 Advanced certification in aviation safety or flight operations is a plus.
 Proficiency in flight data monitoring software, flight data management systems, and data analysis.
 Strong understanding of flight operations, aviation safety regulations and flight data analysis techniques.
 Proven experience in team leadership, training, and performance management.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying potential safety risks or operational inefficiencies from flight data.
 Familiarity with advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence tools used in aviation safety and performance monitoring.
