Regional Courier Coordinator

Location: Barbados

The Courier Regional Coordinator role is a pivotal position focused on managing and enhancing courier operations across a network of stations. This position emphasizes not only operational efficiency but also ensuring that standards are consistently met, and support for the team members on the use of the cargo management system. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with an in-depth understanding of logistics operations and cargo management systems.

  • Support for New Projects and Process Improvements:

Education:

  • University Degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in logistics, customer service, sales, POBox services or airline check-in
  • Proven Experience in Project Management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities across stations
  • Basic understanding of operational Finance, including cost controls and budgeting fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office in particular Word and Excel
  • Must be results driven and with the ability to proactively address challenges and work independently.
