Tropical Storm Jerry is currently directly west of Guadeloupe tracking WNW at 18mph. The effects of the weather have been felt in Barbados and an hour ago registered gusts of up to 49kts but it has now eased back
Based on this weather and safety, we are cancelling the following flights:
Thursday 09 Oct
JY521 09 OCT Tortola – Dominica – Cancelled due to weather and airport closure
Friday 10 Oct
JY522 10 OCT Dominica – Tortola – Cancelled due to weather and airport closure
JY633 and JY634 are operating Tortola to Antigua to Tortola and will exit from Antigua prior to the airport closure at 6:15pm.
JY766 operating Barbados – St Lucia – Dominica is operating today and will depart early prior to the airport close.
NOTICE 2 – October 9, 2025, 7:12 am
Tropical Storm Jerry continues to move at 20mph and is expected to be just off the coast of Antigua at 1500 when it will move more northerly. The forecast for Antigua at the time is low visibility, thunderstorms and low ceiling, with wind gusts.
Based on this weather and safety, we are cancelling the following flights:

JY797 09 OCT Antigua – Barbados – Cancelled
We are still monitoring the passage as the wind should have lessened for the operation of Flights JY633/634 Tortola – Antigua – Tortola which is a few hours later.
