interCaribbean Airways is monitoring the storm path and its potential for cancelling or delaying flights. The storm is passing towards the Northern Leeward Islands heading towards Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands. Tropical storm conditions are expected to bring rains and flash flooding.
