GENERAL

  • interCaribbean Gift Certificates are issued in US Dollars (USD).
  • Available denominations include 25 USD, 50 USD, 100 USD and 500 USD. For higher values, please contact gifts@intercaribbean.com.
  • All Gift Certificates are digital and delivered by email.
  • Once issued, Gift Certificates cannot be canceled.
  • Gift Certificates are non-exchangeable, and may not be resold.
  • Gift Certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

VALIDITY

  • Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • The validity period applies to booking and travel period.
  • Any unused balance remains available until the expiration date.
  • Expired Gift Certificates cannot be extended, refunded, or reactivated.

HOW TO REDEEM

  • Gift Certificates may be redeemed (used) only on intercaribbean.com for flights operated by interCaribbean Airways.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed through travel agencies, call centers, airport counters, or third parties.
  • During checkout, select “Gift Certificate” and enter the Gift Certificate Number and Security Code.
  • If the fare exceeds the Gift Certificate value, the remaining balance may be paid with a debit or credit card.
  • If the fare is lower, the unused balance remains on the Gift Certificate and may be used for future bookings within the validity period.
  • Only one Gift Certificate code may be applied per booking.
  • Gift Certificates may be used for one-way, roundtrip, or multi-segment itineraries operated solely by interCaribbean Airways.
  • Gift Certificates can be redeemed by any person who has the Certificate Number and Security Code.
  • Please keep your certificate details secure, as anyone with access to the Certificate Number and Security Code can redeem the certificate

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

  • Gift Certificates can be purchased online only using a debit or credit card.
  • After completing the purchase, a confirmation page will display your order details.
  • The purchaser and the recipient will receive an email containing the Gift Certificate Number, Security Code, and any personal message added at checkout.
  • Please verify the recipient’s email address before completing the purchase. interCaribbean is not responsible for Gift Certificates sent to incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.

REFUNDS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • If a flight purchased with a Gift Certificate is canceled by interCaribbean Airways, the value used from the Gift Certificate will be returned to the certificate’s remaining balance.
  • If the customer voluntarily cancels a booking, standard fare rules apply. Any refundable portion (if applicable) will be returned to the certificate’s remaining balance. Unused balances after expiration are forfeited.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission.
  • Maintain the Gift Certificate details securely. The certificate and security code function as cash.
  • interCaribbean Airways is not responsible for delays or failure to redeem due to technical issues, force majeure events, or system outages.
  • Misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to redeem by anyone other than the named recipient may result in cancellation of the Gift Certificate and/or the booking.
  • interCaribbean Airways reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
