HR Administration Officer / Office Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Administration Officer / Office Administrator to join our team. Must be fluent in English Language. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role that combines human resources, office administration, and operational support responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR processes, maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating administrative functions, and fostering effective communication across the business. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Process employee data and support day-to-day HR administration.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding.
• Ensure company policies and procedures remain current and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
Administration & Operations
• Manage daily office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
• Coordinate administrative activities and provide support across departments.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities-related requirements.
• Support operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with financial and administrative record-keeping as required.
• Facilitate effective communication between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Proven experience in HR administration, office administration, or a similar multifunctional role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and administrative best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Experience supporting office operations, HR, facilities, and administrative functions is highly desirable.
