interCaribbean Airways offers to our customers the most flexible terms for retaining your ticket and flying at a later date. Customers whose flights have been cancelled, can place those tickets on hold for up to 2 years, that’s right you have 760 days to re-book. The 2 year re-booking time count from the original date of the ticket being issued. We recognize that while you may not have a firm new date right now, or the schedule into the future may not yet be available to book, we are offering a piece of mind guarantee. The fare you paid is the fare you will receive when re-booking, its guaranteed.
While fares are subject to change, interCaribbean is guaranteeing the fare you paid remains the same. There will be no change fees associated with the change, not for a fixed period but for this reservation you have. We are not going to tell you, you must book by a given date, you may not know when you want to travel, and we dont want to change the terms every moment.
