UPDATE#6 – ALL Reservations Services now operational – April 12, 2025  6:39pm

We are happy to inform you our Reservation system is now restored.

Booking services have resumed normal functionality:

  • Online reservations through our website are available
  • Bookings via travel agents have been restored
  • In-person payments are fully restored.
  • Manage my Booking’ function also available.

UPDATE#5  System Recovery in process – April 11, 2025   2:35pm

Dear Valued Customers,

interCaribbean Airways is currently experiencing limited functionality with our reservation system due to ongoing technical issues with our reservations service provider. Our internal teams are working closely with our reservation systems supplier to fully restore all services as quickly as possible. Flights are operating with minimal disruption.
Current Status:
* The outage is having minimal impact on our flight schedules
* Online bookings and phone reservations remain unavailable
* Sales offices and interCaribbean airport agent stations are now back online and operational
* Travel agents seeking assistance can contact agency@interCaribbean.com
Advice for Customers Traveling Today or during the weekend (April 11, 12, 13):
* Please bring a copy of your booking reference and ID for airport check-in
* Arrive at the airport with extra time to spare
* Be aware that check-in processes are taking longer than usual
For New Bookings:
• If you need to make a booking, please visit our airport ticket desks or Sales offices.
We thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness shown to our ground teams who are working hard to assist all passengers.
We will provide further updates as soon as our online and phone reservation systems are fully operational again.

UPDATE#4  Important Service Notice – April 9, 2025  5:56pm
Dear Valued Customers,

Following yesterday’s restoration of most of our reservation services, we regret to inform you that our system provider has advised us they must temporarily shut down services again due to technical issues with the newly deployed recovery servers.  We are actively working with our reservations system provider to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

For customers traveling:

  • Please arrive at the airport with a copy of your reservation confirmation (printed or electronic)
  • Allow additional time for airport processing during this period

We will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

UPDATE#3  Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, April 9 2025   3:49pm

Dear Valued Customers,
Following restoration of most our reservations services yesterday April 8th, we are advised by our system provider the need to shut down again due to unforeseen issue seen with new servers introduced to manage the recovery.  We are working with our reservations system provider and awaiting an update in the next 30 minutes to restore services.

Once an update on restoration is given, we will add new information. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you our customers and agency community.

Dear Customers,
We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our reservation system provider. As a result, our entire reservation system is unavailable until further notice.

Please be advised of the following:
– All booking channels are affected: online, via travel agents, at our sales offices, and through our phone reservations
– No new reservations or changes to previous bookings can be processed through any channel at this time
– Manual check-in will be required at all airports
– Please arrive early for your flight as manual check-in processes may take longer than usual to complete

We understand this may cause inconvenience to your travel plans, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption.  Our system provider technical team is working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

We will provide updates on our website and social media channels as soon as our reservation system is operational again.
