Seasonal (Winter) Baggage Embargo for ALL JY flights from December 10, 2022 to January 15, 2023:
During peak travel demands, interCaribbean may impose strict limits on the pieces of luggage carried.
All customers are allowed a maximum of two (2) checked bags at 44* lbs each (1 included on your air ticket fare; 2nd bag considered Excess Baggage, a fee applies) with the option to check up to 70 lbs for an overweight fee. (*San Juan and Cap Haitien @ 50 lbs)
Second (2nd) bags are considered Excess Baggage and are not guaranteed to fly on the same flight with the customer. Excess Baggage is loaded as space is available. Customers must be informed that Excess Baggage will need to be collected from the airport on arrival.
For Cuba inbound flights (Kingston – Havana and Kingston – Santiago de Cuba) there are no restrictions on the Excess Baggage to check for a fee.
