Shipping Preparation
Customers are responsible for properly packing their shipments. Improperly packed parcels may be rejected by our staff.
For commercial merchandise that may require an import process at the destination, please include a commercial invoice either attached to the parcel or placed inside it.
Before shipping, review the list of prohibited items on our website under the baggage section to ensure compliance with ICA Express regulations. In addition to the items listed there, the following cannot be shipped: lithium batteries, tobacco, alcohol, any kind of liquid, dangerous goods, or animals.
